Tania Vera, MBA
COLLABORATOR.
Tania specializes in change management and agile methodology. With a background in accounting and finance, she holds a MBA, a certificate in Pillars of Neuroscience and NLP for business certificate.
Tania has over 15 years international experience working with leading investment banking firms and the big 4 consulting firms, where she has built an extensive network. Tania is highly experience working on Agile projects. She joint Sparkling Performance in 2019 to help growing the firm and to build bridges between applied neuroscience, program management and agile methodologies and she is now a valuable collaborator. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Dr Tammy Watchorn
SENIOR CONSULTANT, COACH & FACILITATOR
Tammy has over 20 years experience in organisational change, strategy, innovation and facilitation to enable complex change on large scale. She started her career in medical research before moving into project management in the NHS, delivering national systems to support health care. Tammy holds a PhD, couple of Post graduate Certificates and BSc in Biochemistry and obtained formal accreditations in PRINCE2 and PRISM Brain Mapping.
After many years working in the NHS as a strategic change leader and innovator, she realised the key focus for any change was not the "thing" itself but people. She is an expert in using virtual reality for training and coaching (QUBE) and LEGO Serious Play. Whether it is whole system thinking (model building), team visioning, storytelling, training, team or individual development, she focus on collaborative alignment, creative (lateral) thinking and embedding learning into action. Additionally She also uses LEGO Serious Play for individual and team wellbeing and team development based on a range of positive psychology theories and neuroscience. Tammy Watchorn and Tibisay Vera have partnered together to develop and deliver immersive programmes applying neuroscience for managing change and to create phycological safety, all using virtual reality and latest virtual collaboration tools for a truly immersive experience.
With a background in psychology, the performing arts, and education, Jennifer is an experience executive coach and senior consultant to leaders and professional parents with more than 3,000 hours of coaching. Jennifer has taught and facilitated internationally for more than thirty years. Specializing in emotional intelligence coaching and training, she is the author/co-author of six books translated into ten languages, and has designed and facilitated seminars and trainings for organisations, businesses, schools, parents, teachers and the general public in the US, Hawaii, the Caribbean, the UK and Europe.
Jennifer is also the founder of Applied Emotional Mastery, coaching and parenting firm. She is certified as neuro-trainer (by the International Academy of Neuroscience and education), a member of the Association for Coaching and the International Association of Coaches, as well as The Authors Guild. With Tibisay Vera she develops and delivers tailored training programs for leaders and executives, 'Rewired for Resilience', focusing on combining neuroscience and applied emotional mastery.

With a background in mechanical engineering, Sergio is a master trainer and master coach of the ICU Portugal. He is the president of the Brain Research Institute in Portugal, co-founder of the coaching association in Portugal and CEO and founder of power coaching in Portugal. Sergio has more than 3,000 hours experience as an executive coach and he is dedicated to the field of High Executive Performance. It stands out for its experience, understanding, adaptation and performance in the implementation of team management models and tools.
Sergio collaborates with Sparkling Performance to develop and rollout programs based on applied neuroscience and team dynamics in Spain and Portugal.

Marisabel Segnini Daboin
BUSINESS EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT FOR LATIN AMERICA
Marisabel has over 10 years experience in different areas of Psychology, individual and group therapy working with people with disabilities, teenagers and adults. She has worked in organizational development, recruitment and personnel selection in addition to be in charged of managing high performance teams in large multinational organizations. She combines several approaches and techniques including applied neuroscience, NLP and Gestalt Psychology, to guide and coach her clients to discover and clarify their personal resources and to apply them to their personal and professional life.
Marisabel was born in Venezuela where she currently lives. She got a bachelor in science degree in Psychology at the Venezuelan's Central University with a Humanistic approach and it also hold a MSc in Human Resources from Metropolitan University.
Marisabel is currently in charge to develop the Latin American Region for Sparkling Performance as well as to support us with the content for positive psychology and the links to neuroscience.
